TERMS & CONDITIONS

By ordering from Drick’s Treats, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
 
Online Ordering:
When ordering online you must agree and acknowledge all terms and conditions. With in mind when baking your order you must allow 24-72 hour pickup or delivery time for order retrieval estimate. There is no customization such as color design or specific details added on any online ordering options. If you’re wanting to place a custom order please fill out the inquiry form and allow us to get back with you in 24-48 hours for a response. 

 

Payments:
The full payment of your order is required the day of booking to hold the date and slot for your order. Without the full payment, we will not hold your date. Priority will be given to the paying customer. If no payment is received within 24 hours after the invoice is sent, then your order will not be fulfilled. 
 
How To Make Payments:
Payment can be made via bank transfer via visa, mastercard or any other major credit card or debit card payment. The link will be provided in your invoice to do so. We do not accept cash, cash app or paypals.
 
Refunds/Cancellation: 
The initial payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances due to time already spent on consultation and any loss of business due to your booking preventing further bookings on that date. We retain the right to cancel the booking in very unusual circumstances beyond our control, such as a natural disaster or personal health issues or illness, we will in this instance refund any money taken in full. 
 
Outside Events:

Any desserts and or treats placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. We are not liable for any desserts or treats once they have been delivered or picked up. Please refer to your dessert and treat care manual provided when retrieving your order and also listed in your contract. 
 
Delivery:
The cost of delivery will be made clear in the price quoted. If the venue is changed and of a further distance, additional charges may apply. Although care is taken when transporting your order, damages in transit can happen. We cannot be held liable for any damage that is rendered at the venue once we have left the premises. It is with this in mind that we require somebody responsible, to check that they are happy with the order before we leave. Please note our time is as valuable as yours so please be courteous if you are not ontime to the meeting location in which you will be given only a 10 min grace period window. We will not wait pass that time frame if communication is not provided by the client prior to. There will be a late fee added and you will have to pay that fee shall you choose to book with us again in the future.

 
Pick–Up:
Upon collection of your order Drick’s Treats is not liable or responsible for the treats and or desserts once they have  left our premises but please note, all desserts can be very fragile so you must drive carefully and slowly. As a reminder as stated previously, our time is as valuable as yours so please be courteous if you are not ontime to the meeting location which you will be given only a 10 min grace period window. We will not wait pass the allotted time frame if communication is not provided by the client prior to. There will be a late fee added and you will have to pay that fee shall you choose to book with us again in the future.

Allergies & Special Dietary Requirements:
Our kitchen uses known allergens such as peanuts & tree nuts, wheat, soy, eggs and milk, so ingredients and utensils used to prepare your items may have come in contact with these products (even if you have selected flavours that do not include a particular ingredient in the recipe). Additionally, it is impossible to guarantee that certain allergens have not "strayed" onto products that do not include a particular ingredient in the recipe. Please [Contact Us] with inquiries regarding the inclusion or specific allergens in the recipes or specific items.

Complaints:
If you have concerns about your order, please notify us upon collection / delivery / inspection so that we have the opportunity to rectify it in time for your event. We highly recommend a member of the family / event manager as the designated point for the day, to help ensure all runs smoothly. All other concerns should be made in writing within 24 hours, evidence of the fault should also be included. A refund is only given if the uneaten desserts, treats are returned, and are unsuitable for consumption / not as described in the written quote. No refunds are given due to change of mind.
